All welcome. Wednesday 4th November 2020 marks 102 years since New Zealand WW1 soldiers went over the wall and liberated the French town of Le Quesnoy from German occupation.
Join us at 4pm at the Le Quesnoy Sculpture in Cambridge for an informal gathering organised by a group of the Le Quesnoy Sister City Working Group, who want to remember this worthy occasion in the shared history of New Zealand and our sister town, Le Quesnoy.
There will be a wreath laying and a few words by Grahame Webber, Chairperson of the Le Quesnoy Sister City Working Group.
